Aquell correu va provocar l\u2019enfuriment de l\u2019equip rectoral que considerava que la nostra versi\u00f3 era parcial i precipitada perqu\u00e8 encara no es tractava d\u2019una proposta en ferm.<\/p>\n<p>Sols dos mesos despr\u00e9s, la proposta en ferm va aplegar a la mesa de negociaci\u00f3 (no est\u00e0vem desencaminats doncs) per a aplicar-la de forma immediata en el curs seg\u00fcent. Els directors i les directores de departament, tamb\u00e9 van presentar les seues esmenes i propostes.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest context, l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 <strong>va retirar, de moment, la seua proposta<\/strong>, indicant-nos que no s\u2019estava entenent b\u00e9. A la fi, ha anunciat l\u2019ajornament de la mesura per a un altre curs.<\/p>\n<p>Des de STEPV-Iv valorem molt positivament la retirada d\u2019aquesta proposta.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-6 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\"  style='background-color: #af2626;background-position: left top;background-repeat: no-repeat;padding-top:20px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:20px;padding-left:0px;border-top-width:0px;border-bottom-width:0px;border-color:#eae9e9;border-top-style:solid;border-bottom-style:solid;'><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row \">\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff\"><strong>I QUE PROPOSA STEPV-Iv<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">La doc\u00e8ncia, tal com es reconeix en l&#8217;IAD, t\u00e9 dos components pel que fa a la c\u00e0rrega de treball per al professorat: la planificaci\u00f3 (preparaci\u00f3) i el desenvolupament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">L&#8217;increment de la c\u00e0rrega de treball atribu\u00eft a Bolonya, les metodologies actives i l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua, no ve donat nom\u00e9s per la part del desenvolupament, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 per la planificaci\u00f3. Aquestes tasques de planificaci\u00f3 inclourien, per exemple:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">Preparaci\u00f3 d&#8217;activitats (en teoria i pr\u00e0ctiques, presencials i no presencials, \u00fas de noves tecnologies).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">Preparaci\u00f3 de proves d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 (en teoria i pr\u00e0ctiques).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">Preparaci\u00f3 de nous continguts i adaptaci\u00f3 d&#8217;altres (en alguns camps de coneixement l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 \u00e9s molt r\u00e0pida).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">Si b\u00e9 algunes tasques del desenvolupament s\u00f3n afectades de manera significativa per la r\u00e0tio d&#8217;alumnes per grup (correcci\u00f3 de proves d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 o tutories, per exemple), les tasques de la planificaci\u00f3 (com les esmentades m\u00e9s amunt) no s\u00f3n afectades per aquesta variable, i s\u00f3n igualment atribu\u00efbles a la sobrec\u00e0rrega que causen les metodologies actives i l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">Tanmateix, els grups grans formen part habitualment d&#8217;assignatures amb molts grups, i per tant, amb molt professorat que comparteix les tasques de planificaci\u00f3, a difer\u00e8ncia de les assignatures amb un \u00fanic grup (sovint per davall del TMG), on la planificaci\u00f3 va a c\u00e0rrec d&#8217;un \u00fanic professor o professora. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, tamb\u00e9 el professorat amb grups per davall del TMG est\u00e0 suportant un increment de treball per desenvolupament respecte els anteriors a Bolonya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">La proposta de l\u2019administraci\u00f3 ens sembla inadequada perqu\u00e8 nega el reconeixement de l&#8217;increment de la c\u00e0rrega en planificaci\u00f3 i desenvolupament al professorat amb grups per davall del TMG per a concentrar-lo en aquell amb grups molt grans.
