Aquella reestructuraci\u00f3 va suposar un marc de treball que, amb les seues fortaleses i inconvenients, fixava un calendari quadrimestral m\u00e9s o menys raonable. En aquest context, l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 de la <strong>proposta<\/strong> <strong>aprovada<\/strong><strong> per la <\/strong><strong>Comissi\u00f3<\/strong> <strong>Acad\u00e8mica<\/strong> per a implantar una \u00ab<em>experi<\/em><em>\u00e8<\/em><em>ncia<\/em> <em>pilot<\/em> <em>d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3<\/em> <em>extraordin\u00e0ria<\/em><em> el mes <\/em><em>d&#8217;octubre<\/em>\u00bb <strong>suposa<\/strong><strong> una nova <\/strong><strong>agressi\u00f3<\/strong><strong> a <\/strong><strong>l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3<\/strong> <strong>docent<\/strong><strong> de la UPV<\/strong>, una mostra m\u00e9s que <strong>la <\/strong><strong>Universitat<\/strong><strong> no <\/strong><strong>compta<\/strong><strong> amb el <\/strong><strong>seu<\/strong> <strong>professorat<\/strong> ni amb els seus representants leg\u00edtims per a adoptar decisions que modifiquen directament les seues condicions de treball.<\/p>\n<p>Malgrat que la resoluci\u00f3 circumscriu el pilot a un perfil molt espec\u00edfic (\u00ab<em>estudiants<\/em> <em>matriculats<\/em><em> per <\/em><em>segona<\/em><em> o posterior vegada en determinades <\/em><em>assignatures<\/em><em> de primer <\/em><em>curs<\/em><em> de <\/em><em>t\u00edtols<\/em> <em>oficials<\/em><em> de Grau<\/em>\u00bb), aquesta mesura obri la porta a <strong>restablir<\/strong> <strong>avaluacions<\/strong> <strong>extraordin\u00e0ries<\/strong> que suposaran, de nou, <strong>un <\/strong><strong>esfor\u00e7<\/strong><strong> extra<\/strong> del professorat sense cap mena de reconeixement.<\/p>\n<p>Com sabem, la Normativa de <strong>R\u00e8gim<\/strong> <strong>Acad\u00e8mic<\/strong><strong> i <\/strong><strong>Avaluaci\u00f3<\/strong><strong> de <\/strong><strong>l&#8217;Estudiantat<\/strong><strong> ha <\/strong><strong>patit<\/strong><strong> reformes <\/strong><strong>constants<\/strong> encaminades adaptar, entre altres, els processos avaluatius. Reformes que, per descomptat, <strong>s&#8217;han<\/strong> <strong>realitzat<\/strong> <strong>sense<\/strong> <strong>consens<\/strong> amb el professorat i recarregant gratu\u00eftament sobre la seua esquena l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 organitzatiu i docent. Aquest pilot \u00e9s, lamentablement, l&#8217;en\u00e8sim pas en eixa mateixa direcci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Des d\u2019STEPV rebutgem qualsevol modificaci\u00f3 unilateral de facto del sistema avaluatiu. Enfront de pegats que estenen indefinidament les tasques docents, exigim:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L&#8217;<strong>avaluaci\u00f3<\/strong><strong> del <\/strong><strong>pilot<\/strong>, tant del proc\u00e9s com dels resultats posteriors, per a valorar amb evid\u00e8ncies si l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 realment contribueix als objectius de no deixar arrere a una part significativa de l&#8217;estudiantat.<\/li>\n<li>La definici\u00f3 clara de <strong>quin<\/strong> <strong>ser\u00e0<\/strong><strong> el <\/strong><strong>reconeixement<\/strong><strong> al <\/strong><strong>professorat<\/strong> <strong>participant<\/strong>, tant en la prova pilot com, m\u00e9s avant, si finalment es generalitzara aquest format.<\/li>\n<li>La <strong>incorporaci\u00f3<\/strong> <strong>immediata<\/strong> al proc\u00e9s de la <strong>leg\u00edtima <\/strong><strong>representaci\u00f3<\/strong><strong> del <\/strong><strong>professorat<\/strong> al di\u00e0leg i la seua participaci\u00f3 en totes les fases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Si no hi ha <\/strong><strong>di\u00e0leg<\/strong><strong>, <\/strong><strong>ens<\/strong> <strong>tindran<\/strong> <strong>sempre<\/strong> <strong>enfront<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Des de la implementaci\u00f3 del Plan Bolonia, la cl\u00e0ssica convocat\u00f2ria de setembre va desapar\u00e9ixer per a reordenar l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 entre gener i juny.
