En mat\u00e8ria d\u2019igualtat la prioritat hauria de ser acabar amb l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.stepv.upv.es\/va\/un-estudi-preliminar-de-stepv-detecta-que-les-cientifiques-guanyen-menys-que-els-homolecs-homes\/\">escletxa salarial en aquests projectes que STEPV fa dos anys que denuncia<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>STEPV considera irresponsable aprovar un Pla d\u2019Igualtat que <strong>no<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>compta amb\u00a0<\/strong><strong>recursos per executar-lo<\/strong>, per aix\u00f2, ha condicionat aprovaci\u00f3 del text a\u00a0<strong>l\u2019increment de la plantilla<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>de<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>la unitat\u00a0<\/strong><strong>d\u2019igualtat<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Sense mans<\/strong>\u00a0per a aplicar les mesures correctores, tot el pla es queda en\u00a0<strong>simple paper banyat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019administraci\u00f3\u00a0<strong>no ha demostrat el menor inter\u00e9s\u00a0<\/strong><strong>a<\/strong><strong>\u00a0incrementar la plantilla<\/strong>, ha decidit no considerar la nostra proposta, i\u00a0<strong>ens ha for\u00e7at a oposar-nos<\/strong>\u00a0a l\u2019aprovaci\u00f3 del IV pla d\u2019igualtat.<\/p>\n<p>STEPV reivindica:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019<strong>increment del personal t\u00e8cnic d\u2019igualtat<\/strong>, almenys, fins als \u00edndexs de les universitats del nostre entorn.<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;activaci\u00f3 de<strong>auditories retributives deofici i continuades<\/strong>\u00a0sobre els contractes de recerca per a eliminar l&#8217;escletxa salarial denunciada per STEPV.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019\u00ednfima dotaci\u00f3 de personal de la unitat d\u2019igualtat\u00a0<strong>no \u00e9s un problema pressupostari, \u00e9s una decisi\u00f3 pol\u00edtica<\/strong><strong>\u00a0del nostre rectorat.<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Llei Org\u00e0nica 3\/2007 per a la igualtat efectiva de dones i homes i la LOSU, determinen de manera clara que\u00a0les universitats han de comptar amb estructures estables i prou recursos per a les unitats d\u2019igualtat.
