Ara b\u00e9, hi ha un xicotet detall que ens fa sentir especialment \u201c<em>integrats i valorats<\/em>\u201d:\u00a0<strong>el personal d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 contractat en projectes d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 queda excl\u00f2s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>No n\u2019hi ha prou amb excloure el personal d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 de la carrera professional<\/strong><strong>\u00a0o la alarmant precarietat en les retribucions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Potser el problema \u00e9s que la universitat s\u2019ha acostumat massa a considerar-nos essencials per als resultats i prescindibles per als drets.<\/p>\n<h2>Atenci\u00f3 al Conveni Col\u00b7lectiu<\/h2>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s tant important la negociaci\u00f3 del conveni col\u00b7lectiu de universitats publiques. Segueix les novetats ac\u00ed:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.stepv.upv.es\/va\/tag\/conveni-collectiu\/\">https:\/\/www.stepv.upv.es\/va\/tag\/conveni-collectiu\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019actual negociaci\u00f3 del Conveni est\u00e0 en risc per la\u00a0<strong>falta de comprom\u00eds pressupostari de la Conselleria<\/strong><strong>\u00a0i de les Universitats<\/strong>. Sense finan\u00e7ament real, no hi haur\u00e0 millores efectives ni acord possible.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>III Conveni<\/strong>\u00a0(l\u2019anterior encara vigent)\u00a0<strong>va consolidar precarietat<\/strong>\u00a0i va deixar col\u00b7lectius amb salaris molt baixos, alguns per sota o prop de l\u2019SMI.
