La teua carrera i el teu salari es decideixen ara"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La negociaci\u00f3 de l\u2019IV Conveni Col\u00b7lectiu del Personal Laboral de les Universitats P\u00fabliques ha entrat en una fase decisiva.\u00a0<b>Les Universitats pretenen consolidar una figura inexistent en la LOSU<\/b>: el Personal T\u00e8cnic de Gesti\u00f3 i de Suport a la Investigaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Des d&#8217;STEPV advertim:\u00a0<b>la Llei Org\u00e0nica del Sistema Universitari (LOSU)<\/b>, en el seu article 81.4, \u00e9s clara. Tot el personal que realitza funcions de suport, gesti\u00f3 i administraci\u00f3 \u00e9s\u00a0<strong>PTGAS<\/strong>. Utilitzar l\u2019excusa del\u00a0<strong>contracte d\u2019activitats Cientif\u00edc-T\u00e8cniques<\/strong>\u00a0de la Llei de la Ci\u00e8ncia per\u00a0<strong>inventar-se un col\u00b7lectiu<\/strong>\u00a0de treballadors no regulat en LOSU ho entenem com a un\u00a0<strong>frau de classificaci\u00f3 funcional<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>PTGAS o PTGAI? He aqu\u00ed la q\u00fcesti\u00f3<\/h2>\n<p>Per qu\u00e8 les universitats tenen tant d&#8217;inter\u00e9s a no anomenar-vos PTGAS? La resposta no \u00e9s administrativa,\u00a0<strong>\u00e9s econ\u00f2mica<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bloqueig de la Carrera Professional:<\/strong>\u00a0El PTGAS (funcionari) est\u00e0 dins de l\u2019\u00e0mbit d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 de la carrera professional. El PTGAI no, quedareu exclosos del sistema.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Inestabilitat salarial:<\/strong>\u00a0El PTGAS t\u00e9 taules salarials homog\u00e8nies, el PTGAI tindr\u00e0 uns m\u00ednims rid\u00edculs en el Conveni.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Invisibilitat funcional:<\/strong>\u00a0Les funcions del PTGAS son valorades en les oposicions de llocs funcionarials, les de PTGAI no.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>STEPV ha mantingut una posici\u00f3 ferma en la mesa de negociaci\u00f3:<strong>\u00a0no acceptarem un conveni que invente categories de segona<\/strong>. \u00c9s moment de dignificar el treball del personal contractat en l\u00ednies i projectes que no \u00e9s investigador.<\/p>\n<p>STEPV defensa que\u00a0<strong>la vostra realitat \u00e9s estructural i no conjuntural<\/strong>.
