La norma, batejada com CAL (Certesa, Agilitat i L\u00edmits), pret\u00e9n donar uns <strong>terminis aproximats d\u2019execuci\u00f3 dels processos d\u2019acc\u00e9s i promoci\u00f3, i tamb\u00e9 solucionar altres problemes<\/strong>\u00a0com tribunals, etc.<\/p>\n<p>El debat s\u2019ha produ\u00eft en termes d\u2019<strong>acostament<\/strong>, perqu\u00e8 tant els representants del PTGAS, com l\u2019equip rectoral, com la resta de membres del Consell de Govern\u00a0<strong>s\u2019han comprom\u00e9s amb donar la soluci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<b>gerent ha reconegut que l\u2019instrument que permet que l\u2019oferta de 96 places \u00e9s conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia directa de la proposta d\u2019STEPV<\/b>. I tot i que no pot assumir la proposta sencera,\u00a0<strong>ha proposat crear un equip d\u2019estudi<\/strong>, amb el Vicerector de di\u00e0leg social, ell mateix, i representants del PTGAS en el Consell de Govern, per analitzar i donar solucions.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019acord s\u2019ha escenificat amb la\u00a0<strong>ren\u00fancia a la votaci\u00f3<\/strong>, per evitar guanyadors i perdedors i\u00a0<strong>demostrar consens en el comprom\u00eds de donar una soluci\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0al problema.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest\u00a0<strong>\u00e8xit<\/strong>, canalitzat per la nostra representaci\u00f3 del PTGAS al Consell de Govern, <strong>\u00e9s de totes i tots els que heu participat<\/strong>\u00a0en la concentraci\u00f3, i\u00a0<strong>heu conven\u00e7ut els membres del Consell de Govern\u00a0<\/strong>que, de veres, CAL.<\/p>\n<p>Volem agrair el suport de la representaci\u00f3 del professorat associat i del personal laboral temporal, perqu\u00e8 sense ells no hagu\u00e9rem pogut dur a terme la iniciativa.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La iniciativa normativa dels representants de M\u00c9S UPV (STEPV) ha arribat al Consell de Govern.
