Tot el que has de saber en 2 minuts! [<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=CEgfCg4YnQQ\">enlla\u00e7 al v\u00eddeo<\/a>]<\/p>\n<p><b>Per qu\u00e8 cal?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 no \u00e9s normal que hi haja processos que vagen ja pel\u00a0<strong>cinqu\u00e9 any sense resoldre\u2019s<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 genera inseguretat, frustraci\u00f3 i impot\u00e8ncia en les persones afectades, i tamb\u00e9 perjudica la instituci\u00f3: provoca desafecci\u00f3, descr\u00e8dit i acaba afectant la qualitat del servei p\u00fablic.<\/p>\n<p><b>Qu\u00e8 proposa?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>La NORMA CAL vol una cosa molt simple i molt justa:\u00a0<strong>acotar els terminis en els quals han de tramitar-se els processos selectius<\/strong>\u00a0i donar garanties a les persones aspirants.<\/p>\n<p>El que demanem no \u00e9s cap barbaritat. A la Generalitat hi ha terminis regulats, i en altres universitats amb normes semblants els processos es resolen molt m\u00e9s r\u00e0pidament.
