I despr\u00e9s arriba el 9 de mar\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 des de l\u2019STEPV ho tenim clar: <strong>la igualtat efectiva no \u00e9s una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de ret\u00f2rica, sin\u00f3 de decisions pol\u00edtiques i pressupost\u00e0ries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les dades que incomoden<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2><strong><em>Estructures de Govern: <\/em><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stepv.upv.es\/va\/el-poder-a-la-upv-una-questio-poc-sorprenent-de-genere\/\"><strong><em>Molt Masculinitzades<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n<p>En el m\u00e0xim \u00f2rgan de govern de la UPV, <strong>dos de cada tres membres s\u00f3n homes<\/strong>: 43 homes davant de 22 dones.<\/p>\n<p>Nom\u00e9s en el col\u00b7lectiu del <strong>PTGAS<\/strong> es compensa aquesta desproporci\u00f3, <strong>gr\u00e0cies a les 4 representants d\u2019STEPV-M\u00e9s UPV.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nom\u00e9s tenim un 21% de directores de centres, 22% de directores d\u2019instituts, 25% de directores de centres d\u2019investigaci\u00f3, 38% de directores de departaments. De nou nom\u00e9s en el cas del PTGAS es trova que hi ha un 47% de dones caps d\u2019\u00e0rees i serveis.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><em>Escletxa salarial en la investigaci\u00f3: <\/em><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stepv.upv.es\/va\/les-dones-cientifiques-de-la-upv-cobren-menys\/\"><strong><em>No han fet res!<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n<p><strong>El salari mitj\u00e0 de les dones \u00e9s inferior<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les investigadores cobren <strong>135,62 \u20ac menys al mes de mitjana<\/strong>, prop de <strong>1.900 \u20ac bruts menys a l\u2019any<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En les categories m\u00e9s altes, la difer\u00e8ncia arriba als <strong>428 \u20ac mensuals<\/strong>, quasi <strong>6.000 \u20ac anuals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Hem enviat aquestes dades a rectorat\u2026 NO HAN FET RES!<\/p>\n<h2><strong><em>Una Unitat d\u2019Igualtat sense recursos: <\/em><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stepv.upv.es\/va\/8m-el-pressupost-parla-de-les-prioritats-de-capilla\/\"><em>El pressupost revela les prioritats reals.<\/em><\/a><\/h2>\n<p>La Unitat d\u2019Igualtat de la UPV est\u00e0 clarament <strong>infradotada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Actualment, la unitat compta amb una sola persona. Per comparar, en la Universitat de Val\u00e8ncia el servei equivalent est\u00e0 integrat per 6 professionals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La igualtat no es commemora<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La igualtat es practica <\/strong>en la n\u00f2mina, en els criteris de promoci\u00f3, en la composici\u00f3 dels \u00f2rgans de govern i en una conciliaci\u00f3 real que no penalitze les traject\u00f2ries professionals.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cada 8 de mar\u00e7, l\u2019Equip de Govern de la UPV s\u2019afanya a fer declaracions institucionals proclamant el seu comprom\u00eds amb la igualtat.
