No \u00e9s una impressi\u00f3 subjectiva ni una exageraci\u00f3 militant. S\u00f3n n\u00fameros.<\/p>\n<p>En el m\u00e0xim \u00f2rgan de govern, hi ha <strong>43 homes davant de 22 dones<\/strong>. \u00c9s a dir, <strong>dos de cada tres membres s\u00f3n homes<\/strong>. Una proporci\u00f3 que, si fora casualitat, seria una casualitat extraordin\u00e0riament persistent. La presa de decisions estrat\u00e8giques continua tenint veu majorit\u00e0riament masculina. Les dones hi s\u00f3n, s\u00ed, per\u00f2 clarament en minoria.<\/p>\n<p>Nom\u00e9s dins del col\u00b7lectiu del PTGAS es produeix una compensaci\u00f3 parcial d\u2019aquesta desproporci\u00f3, en part gr\u00e0cies a les quatre representants d\u2019STEPV-M\u00e9s UPV. Una petita esquerda en una estructura que, en conjunt, es mant\u00e9 for\u00e7a homog\u00e8nia.<\/p>\n<p>I si mirem els centres, la cosa s\u2019accentua: dels <strong>14 centres<\/strong>, <strong>11 s\u00f3n dirigits per homes i nom\u00e9s 3 per dones<\/strong>. A\u00e7\u00f2 significa que quasi el <strong>80% de les direccions<\/strong> recauen en homes. Una concentraci\u00f3 que ja no \u00e9s subtil ni discutible: \u00e9s estructural.<\/p>\n<p>La situaci\u00f3 no millora massa si baixem al nivell dels departaments. Dels <strong>41 departaments<\/strong>, <strong>26 s\u00f3n dirigits per homes i 15 per dones<\/strong>. \u00c9s a dir, aproximadament un <strong>63% de direccions masculines<\/strong>. No \u00e9s una exclusi\u00f3 total, per\u00f2 tampoc podem parlar d\u2019equilibri. La normalitat continua tenint nom d\u2019home.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed, \u00f2rgan de govern, departaments i centres dibuixen el mateix patr\u00f3. Els espais de decisi\u00f3 i lideratge estan majorit\u00e0riament ocupats per homes. La masculinitzaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s puntual; \u00e9s sist\u00e8mica.<\/p>\n<p>Potser no \u00e9s casualitat que la Universitat de Val\u00e8ncia tinga <strong>sis persones contractades en pol\u00edtiques d\u2019igualtat<\/strong>, mentre que ac\u00ed en tenim <strong>una sola<\/strong>.
