Jornada de 35 hores: Sense lletra menuda, reducci\u00f3 real"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019Acord Marc per a una Administraci\u00f3 del Segle XXI ha obert la porta a la recuperaci\u00f3 de la\u00a0<strong>jornada de 35 hores<\/strong>, per\u00f2 ho ha fet\u00a0<strong>sense eliminar la Taxa de Reposici\u00f3<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 suposa una\u00a0<strong>limitaci\u00f3 per incrementar les plantilles<\/strong>\u00a0o dit d\u2019altra forma,\u00a0<b>fer el mateix treball en menys temps<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Per a evitar que la nova jornada acabe transformant un dret en una autoexplotaci\u00f3, STEPV presenta una proposta que implementa mecanismes de viabilitat t\u00e8cnica i reducci\u00f3 de la burocr\u00e0cia per evitar que es degrade el servei i la nostra salut.<\/p>\n<p>Reivindicacions concretes:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0<strong>Reducci\u00f3 lineal i universal<\/strong>: 35 hores reals (7 h\/dia) i 32,5 hores per a jornades sense exclusiva.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0<strong>Blindatge del Pla Concilia<\/strong>: La reducci\u00f3 s&#8217;aplica sobre la jornada base actual, sense absorbir els drets ja conquistats.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0<strong>Pla de Viabilitat<\/strong>: Estudi de c\u00e0rregues de treball i eliminaci\u00f3 de burocr\u00e0cia per a fer real la reducci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stepv.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Proposta-STEPV.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LLEGIR LA PROPOSTA D&#8217;STEPV<\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>No demanem treballar menys, proposem cobrar en temps el que no se&#8217;ns ha pagat en diners<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Des de 2007, el personal de la UPV ha patit una\u00a0<b>p\u00e8rdua de poder adquisitiu acumulada del 17,4%<strong>\u00a0(algunes fonts la calculen en m\u00e9s del 20%)<\/strong><\/b>. Davant la impossibilitat legal de recuperar aquest salari de forma immediata,\u00a0<strong>la jornada de 35 hores \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00fanica via per a comen\u00e7ar a saldar aquest deute<\/strong>\u00a0hist\u00f2ric.<\/p>\n<p><b>Les 35 hores a la UPV<\/b><\/p>\n<p>La Mesa de Negociaci\u00f3 es reunir\u00e0 el 3 de mar\u00e7 per comen\u00e7ar a negociar la implantaci\u00f3 de la jornada de 35 hores.
