A\u00e7o no \u00e9s admissible"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El\u00a0<b>III Conveni Col\u00b7lectiu del personal laboral de les universitats p\u00fabliques valencianes<\/b>\u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/dogv.gva.es\/datos\/2023\/11\/30\/pdf\/2023_11712.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Articles 53 i 54<\/a>) fixa els salaris m\u00ednims garantits per al personal de suport a la investigaci\u00f3 i personal investigador.<\/p>\n<p>La realitat actual \u00e9s preocupant. Determinades categories del personal de suport a la investigaci\u00f3 (grups B, C1 i C2) queden\u00a0<b>per sota de l\u2019SMI<\/b>, fins i tot despr\u00e9s de les actualitzacions.<\/p>\n<p><b>A\u00e7\u00f2 \u00e9s jur\u00eddicament insostenible i socialment inacceptable<\/b>. La difer\u00e8ncia salarial \u00e9s absolutament insuficient i no reconeix ni la qualificaci\u00f3 ni la responsabilitat.<\/p>\n<p>2. Les universitats p\u00fabliques estan pagant\u00a0<b>menys de 200 euros<\/b>\u00a0mensuals per damunt de l\u2019SMI a personal amb titulaci\u00f3 universit\u00e0ria, i a penes 300 euros en el cas de doctorat.<\/p>\n<p><b>Aquesta \u00e9s la valoraci\u00f3 real que es fa de les seues pr\u00f2pies titulacions<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Quines conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies t\u00e9?, la qualificaci\u00f3 no es reconeix<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>P\u00e8rdua d\u2019atractiu per a captar talent investigador.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Fugida de personal qualificat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Precaritzaci\u00f3 estructural del sistema universitari.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Risc jur\u00eddic en el cas del personal en formaci\u00f3 per situar-se per sota del SMI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>\u00c9s moment de canviar les coses: actualment es negocia el IV conveni<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>En 2023,\u00a0<b>STEPV va decidir no signar el III Conveni<\/b>\u00a0precisament per aquest motiu: els salaris m\u00ednims garantits per al personal d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 eren insuficients i condemnaven el col\u00b7lectiu a una\u00a0<b>precarietat estructural<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Altres organitzacions sindicals (UGT, CCOO i CSIF) si que van acceptar aquestes taules salarials que proposaven les universitats p\u00fabliques valencianes, inclosa la UPV.<\/p>\n<p>Ara mateix estem negociant el IV conveni col\u00b7lectiu i STEPV exigeix:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Els mateixos salaris, incloent-hi la carrera professional, per al personal de suport a la investigaci\u00f3 que al PTGAS funcionari, perqu\u00e8 l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2023-7500&amp;p=20240802&amp;tn=1#a8-10\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">article 89.4 de la LOSU<\/a>\u00a0el reconeix com a PTGAS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Salaris dignes per al personal investigador pre i postdoctoral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Negociar no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s signar un document. \u00c9s garantir que el resultat siga digne i sostenible.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Per la dignitat del personal laboral.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El\u00a0III Conveni Col\u00b7lectiu del personal laboral de les universitats p\u00fabliques valencianes\u00a0(Articles 53 i 54) fixa els salaris m\u00ednims garantits per al personal de suport a la investigaci\u00f3 i personal investigador.
