La UPV torna a vulnerar els drets del PTGAS.<\/p>\n
La legislaci\u00f3 (Llei de Funci\u00f3 P\u00fablica Valenciana, art. 114.12<\/a>\u00a0i\u00a0Decret 3\/2017, art. 21.1<\/a>) garanteix l\u2019acc\u00e9s del personal funcionari de carrera als llocs vacants mitjan\u00e7ant un concurs previ a que siguen ocupats pel personal de nou ingr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n Per\u00f2 l\u2019administraci\u00f3 Capilla continua rebutjant aquest dret<\/strong>.<\/p>\n L\u2019\u00faltim exemple el tenim amb les places d’Operador Inform\u00e0tic i Analista de Sistemes Inform\u00e0tics, on\u00a0l’elecci\u00f3 de places\u00a0<\/strong>es far\u00e0 hui sense concurs previ<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Mentre\u00a0es nega l’acc\u00e9s a concursos a la resta del personal<\/strong>, a l\u2019administraci\u00f3 nom\u00e9s li dona per convocar\u00a0tres concursos en l\u2019\u00faltim any i mig, tots tres per cobrir llocs de cap<\/strong>.<\/p>\n L\u2019administraci\u00f3\u00a0no ha fet cap comunicaci\u00f3 ni negociaci\u00f3\u00a0<\/strong>per procedir aix\u00ed.
