Des de fa 6 anys existeix una comissi\u00f3 que determinar\u00e0 els criteris per a dimensionar la plantilla, per\u00f2 nom\u00e9s s\u2019ha reunit una vegada des que es va fer c\u00e0rrec la vicerectora de Planificaci\u00f3 i Prospectiva actual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">La UPV\u00a0<strong>no sap quines necessitats de personal Auxiliar de Serveis<\/strong>\u00a0t\u00e9. En 2019 va projectar realitzar un estudi que determinaria la dimensi\u00f3 de la plantilla, cosa que encara no ha fet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019administraci\u00f3 de la UPV\u00a0<strong>no t\u00e9 gens d\u2019inter\u00e9s<\/strong>\u00a0a dimensionar les plantilles, aix\u00ed aprofita les vacants que es produeixen en laboratoris i punts d\u2019informaci\u00f3 per\u00a0<strong>amortitzar les places de facto<\/strong>, i utilitzar la dotaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes per a\u00a0<strong>costejar noves places de Cap<\/strong>\u00a0que ha creat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">La situaci\u00f3 \u00e9s insostenible, i\u00a0<strong>ja ET TOCA a tu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>L\u2019estrat\u00e8gia de l\u2019administraci\u00f3 de puntada i cap avant ha d\u2019acabar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Per aix\u00f2, et convoquem a una assemblea de treballadores i treballadors, mitjan\u00e7ant la plataforma TEAMS, que tindr\u00e0 lloc el\u00a0<strong>dijous<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>15 d&#8217;abril a les 13.00 hores, i a les 16.30 hores<\/strong>, amb l\u2019ordre del dia seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>Proposta de noves accions per visualitzar el problema i for\u00e7ar a l\u2019administraci\u00f3 a a buscar solucions sobre les condicions laborals en laboratoris i punts d\u2019informaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vine i participa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0Pots connectar-te amb el seg\u00fcent codi\u00a0<strong>slmx2ip\u00a0<\/strong>o fent clic en aquest enlla\u00e7:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/teams.microsoft.com\/l\/channel\/19%3a33a6191f663d4e9f97e75cb346c61b5a%40thread.tacv2\/General?groupId=c8901f47-dc97-4834-9c1c-27af88028077&amp;tenantId=be4655df-ac73-401f-a7ae-198c3b72d0c6\"><strong>Assemblea ET TOCA<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Estimada companya, Estimat company, La UPV\u00a0no sap quines necessitats de personal T\u00e8cnic de Laboratori\u00a0t\u00e9.
