{"id":15138,"date":"2021-04-01T08:19:41","date_gmt":"2021-04-01T06:19:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.stepv.upv.es\/?p=15138"},"modified":"2021-04-01T08:19:41","modified_gmt":"2021-04-01T06:19:41","slug":"et-toca-pla-concilia-teletreball-i-jornades-especials","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.stepv.upv.es\/va\/et-toca-pla-concilia-teletreball-i-jornades-especials\/","title":{"rendered":"ET TOCA: Pla Concilia, Teletreball i jornades especials"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Estimada companya,<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Estimat company,<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">La UPV \u00e9s l\u2019\u00fanica universitat p\u00fablica valenciana on\u00a0<strong>no gaudim de les millores en mat\u00e8ria de conciliaci\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0que va introduir el decret 42\/2019 del Consell de la Generalitat, tot i que han passat dos anys des que es va aprovar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pel que fa al\u00a0<strong>teletreball<\/strong>, l\u2019administraci\u00f3 s\u2019ha limitat a dir en la mesa negociadora del dia 16 d\u2019octubre de 2020 que en 2 setmanes ens enviaria una proposta de regulaci\u00f3 del teletreball a la UPV.\u00a0<strong>No hem rebut encara la proposta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">La UPV \u00e9s l\u2019\u00fanica administraci\u00f3 que t\u00e9 una\u00a0<strong>jornada laboral<\/strong>\u00a0pendent de negociar (la\u00a0<strong>9<\/strong>) i una altra pendent d\u2019assignar (la\u00a0<strong>X<\/strong>). Aquesta situaci\u00f3 que mai s\u2019ha negociat o assignat ve arrossegant-se des del segle passat.
