{"id":13262,"date":"2019-11-18T11:17:21","date_gmt":"2019-11-18T10:17:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.stepv.upv.es\/?p=13262"},"modified":"2019-11-18T11:17:21","modified_gmt":"2019-11-18T10:17:21","slug":"els-salaris-del-gerent-del-secretari-general-i-de-les-direccions-darea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.stepv.upv.es\/va\/els-salaris-del-gerent-del-secretari-general-i-de-les-direccions-darea\/","title":{"rendered":"Els salaris del gerent, del secretari general i de les direccions d\u2019\u00e0rea"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">El diari\u00a0<em>El mundo<\/em>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elmundo.es\/comunidad-valenciana\/2019\/11\/15\/5dcdbd4421efa027188b4755.html\">va publicar divendres 15 de novembre la not\u00edcia<\/a>\u00a0que la Intervenci\u00f3 de la Generalitat q\u00fcestiona la legalitat dels salaris que perceben el\u00a0<strong>gerent<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>el<strong>\u00a0secretari general\u00a0<\/strong>i<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>els<strong>\u00a0directors\/es d\u2019\u00e0rea\u00a0<\/strong>de la UPV perqu\u00e8\u00a0<strong>excedeixen<\/strong>\u00a0en un 104%, 65%, i 35% respectivament a aquells que les\u00a0<strong>taules salarials\u00a0<\/strong>preveuen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">STEPV\u00a0ha\u00a0dirigit un\u00a0escrit al rector de la Universitat\u00a0per a exigir-li una\u00a0<strong>explicaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica a tota la comunitat universit\u00e0ria<\/strong>\u00a0sobre els salaris que perceben les persones de la seua confian\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">A m\u00e9s, des del sindicat tamb\u00e9 exigim una resposta a<strong>\u00a0l\u2019escrit, de 20 de mar\u00e7\u00a0<\/strong>d\u2019enguany, que demanava les\u00a0<strong>funcions que desenvolupen les persones que compatibilitzen el c\u00e0rrec de director\/a d\u2019\u00e0rea amb el lloc de treball de cap de servei<\/strong>. En la nostra opini\u00f3, aquestes funcions s\u00f3n exactament les mateixes i suposa un\u00a0<strong>sobresou<\/strong>\u00a0que, a m\u00e9s, sembla ara que vulnera la legalitat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Com pot justificar el rector aquests sous amb la\u00a0<strong>pol\u00edtica d\u2019austeritat\u00a0<\/strong>que Recursos Humans aplica? \u00c9s una pol\u00edtica marcada per la\u00a0<strong>no substituci\u00f3 del personal<\/strong>, tant de PDI com de PAS, en situacions com la malaltia, o la maternitat i paternitat, que calen protegir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Com pot justificar\u00a0que\u00a0<strong>no s\u2019use el mateix tracte<\/strong>, de respecte absolut a la legalitat,<strong>\u00a0en els salaris dels nostres responsables com en l\u2019estrafol\u00e0ria interpretaci\u00f3 de la llei de contractes<\/strong>\u00a0(GEA)?<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">El secretari general de la UPV explica en el diari que \u00ab<em>El acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno establec\u00eda un principio de igualdad [entre PDI y PAS] mediante un subcomponente del complemento espec\u00edfico por el desempe\u00f1o de un cargo<\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">A\u00e7\u00f2 ens genera un altre dubte:\u00a0<strong>per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s important mantenir la igualtat<\/strong>\u00a0entre PDI i PAS quan es tracta dels\u00a0<strong>seus salaris<\/strong>\u00a0(gerent, secretari general i direccions d\u2019\u00e0rea)\u00a0<strong>i no quan es vol imposar un sistema de control horari<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El diari\u00a0El mundo\u00a0va publicar divendres 15 de novembre la not\u00edcia\u00a0que la Intervenci\u00f3 de la Generalitat q\u00fcestiona la legalitat dels salaris que perceben el\u00a0gerent,\u00a0el\u00a0secretari general\u00a0i\u00a0els\u00a0directors\/es d\u2019\u00e0rea\u00a0de la UPV perqu\u00e8\u00a0excedeixen\u00a0en un 104%, 65%, i 35% respectivament a aquells que les\u00a0taules salarials\u00a0preveuen.
