Es tracta d\u2019una figura que permet recon\u00e9ixer i pagar uns serveis ja prestats, tot i que <strong>no hi <\/strong><strong>haja<\/strong> <strong>hagut<\/strong><strong> una <\/strong><strong>licitaci\u00f3<\/strong> <strong>pr\u00e8via<\/strong> <strong>resolta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El problema \u00e9s que, sorprenentment, <strong>un <\/strong><strong>any<\/strong> <strong>despr\u00e9s<\/strong>, la Universitat torna a rec\u00f3rrer al mateix mecanisme.
